Cameron Cloud

Cameron is a junior from Hattiesburg, MS, studying biology and communication studies with a minor in Spanish. During his time as a member of the Student Government Association, Cameron has served with Freshman Forum and as an assistant director of Eaglepalooza. He is a Luckyday Scholar and member of the Honors College.

He has also served as a member of GEWW Crew 2016, as an Honors College Ambassador, was vice president of Big Brothers Big Sisters, and was named the 2016 Outstanding Freshman Male.

Vice President

McKenna Stone

McKenna is a junior communication studies major from Biloxi, MS. She has served the Student Government Association in the Freshman Forum branch of Freshman Associates, as a senator for the campus-at-large, chair of the Student Outreach Committee on SGA Senate, and member of the Master Campus Facility Planning Committee. She is a Luckyday Scholar and member of the Honors College, where she serves as a mentor.

She has served as a resident assistant for Century Park North, was a member of the 2017 Golden Eagle Welcome Week Crew, and was a Dixie Darling.

Attorney general

Kayla Hubbard

Kayla is a senior kinesiotherapy major from Flowood, MS. In the Student Government Association, Kayla has served in the Freshman Associates branch, in addition to being a member of the Judicial Board, where she served as the vice chairman and student initiatives chairman. She is a recipient of the Clyde Kennard Memorial Scholarship and is a Luckyday Scholar. On campus, she serves a member of 2017 Southern Style, Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, the Honors College, is a Golden Eagle Welcome Week Crew leader and is a resident assistant. 


She is also a member of the Student Alumni Association, where she has served as vice president and historian of the Executive Board. In addition, Kayla recently co-founded EagleTHON, whose main goal is to unite Southern Miss and Hattiesburg to raise money and awareness for Mississippi's only children's hospital, Blair E. Batson Children's Hospital. In 2015, Kayla was named an Outstanding Freshman.

Brooks Rahaim

Brooks is a junior double major in accounting and banking and finance from Richton, MS. In the Student Government Association, Brooks has worked on the Philanthropy Commission branch and as a College of Business senator. He is a Luckyday Scholar and currently serves on the Leadership Team for the program. He is an active member in the Business Student Advisory Council, Financial Management Association, USM Investment Club, and participates in the Business Leadership Program.

He also serves on the board for the Student Alumni Association and does community service with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Pine Belt.

Election COmmisioner

Henry Brubaker

Henry is a senior biological sciences major from Vancleave, MS. He has been a member of the Student Government Association Election Commission branch since Fall 2015. He works for the Department of Housing and Residence Life as a resident assistant in Century Park North. 

He has served on campus as a member of 2016 Southern Style, a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, the treasurer of the Resident Assistant Advisory Board, and is a member of the Vietnamese Student Association.
